Addendum to Declaration of Disaster Emergency
Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo, due to the impending snow storm, has declared a Declaration of Disaster Emergency in the Township of Bensalem. Effective immediately motorists are encouraged to remove vehicles from the streets wherever possible. He asks residents to move vehicles to their driveways. This will assist our Public Works Department in the later removal of snow from your street and courts. This small action will help us more efficiently and safely remove snow once the storm as passed.
The vehicles should be kept from parking on the street for at least 12 hours after the roads have been cleared.
