Joseph Knowles, President
Joseph Knowles, a life-long resident of Bensalem Township, is your current Council President. On September 19, 1987 Joe married Elesa, and the couple have two children- a son, Joe, and a daughter, Elesa.
Joe is a graduate of St. Charles Borromeo and Bishop Egan High School and is a current member of the St. Ephrem Parish Council. He earned an associate’s degree in business administration from Bucks County Community College before going on to attain his bachelor’s degree in business from West Chester University. In addition to holding his Associate Broker’s License in the state of PA for real estate, Joe is also a Bensalem Rotarian and a 4th Degree Member of St. Charles’ Knights of Columbus.
