Edward Kisselback, President
Edward Kisselback is currently serving a four year term that expires on December 31, 2023. Mr. Kisselback attended both Temple University and Allentown College of St. Francis DeSalles prior to serving in the US Navy from 1970-1972 before being honorably discharged. Ed is also the retired owner & operator of Kiss Professional Photography in Bensalem.
Aside from serving as Bensalem Township Council President, Ed has also sat on the following boards and committees:
• President of Bensalem Chamber of Commerce (1985 – 1986)
• Vice Chairman of Blue Ribbon panel to select our Director of Public Safety (1988)
• Bensalem Industrial Council (1989 – 1991)
• Bensalem Township Authority, Treasurer (1991)
• Tricentennial Committee (1991 – 1992)
• Impact Fee Advisory Board (1991 – 1995)
• Elected Committeeman, Lower East Five (1995 – Present)
• Chairman of Bucks County Planning Commission
• Treasurer of Bucks County Enterprise Zone
