Lauren A. Gallagher, Solicitor
Municipal attorney Lauren Gallagher advises the Firm’s municipal clients on a multitude of issues including compliance with Federal and state laws and local ordinances.
Lauren is a Buck’s County native. She grew up in Quakertown and enjoys being able to give back to the community through her work. She has represented the Township of Falls, the Township of Bensalem, Abington Township, and the Borough of Conshohocken Authority at public meetings, hearings and matters before the Courts in Pennsylvania.
Lauren’s favorite thing about her job is that each day brings something different. She is proud of the personal relationships that she has developed with clients over her years at Rudolph Clarke. She believes that the mutual trust and respect in those relationships are what sets us apart from other law firms.
She is especially proud of a case that involved the construction and installation of public sanitary sewers in a large section of a municipality. In January of 2011, the Authority was named in a lawsuit filed by a group of non-residential property owners that wanted to avoid paying their fair share of construction costs. This lawsuit was intensely litigated for several years. In July 2014, the Commonwealth Court ruled that the Property Owners would be required to pay their fair share of the construction costs. Without the ruling, the residents of the municipality would have been forced to bear the costs of the construction project. Lauren’s work saved money for the community and its residents.
When she’s not practicing law, Lauren enjoys traveling around the world and CrossFit.
Client Testimonial
“I have had the great pleasure of knowing Lauren Gallagher since 2013 to present. Lauren is a blessing in disguise. I hired her for a child custody matter. Lauren goes above and beyond her profession. In 2013, Lauren finally brought light to my case. She has done an amazing job finding information on the case that even I didn’t know existed. I was recommended to Rudolph Clarke by the Bucks County Bar Association. I had been represented by another firm prior to Rudolph Clarke and the representation was horrible. If you need an attorney that knows what they are doing, I would highly, highly recommend Lauren Gallagher and her lovely staff at Rudolph Clarke.”
Education
Lauren graduated Cum Laude from LaSalle University in 2003 with degrees in History and Psychology and a minor in Women’s Studies. She attended law school at Temple University and received her J.D. in 2007. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Bar Memberships
Montgomery County Bar Association, Bucks County Bar Association, Bar and Court Admissions 2007, PA & NJ
